Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced, talented and qualified individual to fill in the above vacancy.
Scope of the Job
The position reports to the Production Manager and will support in process improvement for production of good quality packaging material as per customers specifications.

Scope of the Job
The position reports to the Production Manager and will support in process improvement for production of good quality packaging material as per customers specifications.
The person appointed to this role has the overall responsibility to
carry out the assigned responsibilities, which shall include shift
scheduling ensure all machines are manned with most competent personnel,
participate in driving production improvements through WCM pillar and
teams and manage employee relations in the course of their shifts.
The position will be based in Nairobi working on shift schedules.
